All products are checked and hugged twice for no prominent defects before packed for shipping .
Doof Industries will not accept:
1. If any Doofs have been mistreated with unreasonable abuse.
2. Slight color difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on our website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate or maybe change your monitor!
3. If the customer doesn’t like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design. Be sure to choose the right Doof, cause your Doof will be with you forever!
4. Customer's carelessness of handling or opening the parcel and causing damage to the items by using scissors or penknife and dirt due to dirty hand.
Please be carefull when opening your parcel. Teethmarks is acceptable.
5. If you feel the goods/product is uncomfortable.
Doof Industries will exchange because of large area of damage, stain or wrong goods/product sent. Doof Industries will be responsible for all postage.
If your goods/product have quality problems with the above please contact Doof Industries customer service within 3 working days of received of goods/product date together with pictures of the defect good(s).
